The present piece was finished in Bad Nauheim in 2000, shortly after a visit to the Argentine capital. The original version for piano was premiered by the composer in Mainz on 21.04.2001. Following a suggestion by the pianist Tamari Chikvaidze, the composer made arrangements of the short piece for viola and piano as well as for violin, viola and piano. Both arrangements are dedicated to Ms. Chikvaidze. Copies of the piece can be requested directly from the composer: kjamespeace@gmail.com
