Die Intervalle (The intervals), for Viola

Michael Bønsdorf is a Danish composer born in 1965 in the city of Odense. He earned a master's degree in musicology from Aalborg University. As part of his studies, he studied theory and composition with well-known Danish composers Svend Christiansen, Svend Hvidtfelt Nielsen and Niels Marthinsen. Bønsdorf's music is characterized by a clear form and a multi-layered stylistic expression.
