Informationen
First, the title may need some clarification. I chose the word "un-tempered" because of a double meaning that I felt was very suitable in relation to the nature of the work's material. The first meaning is derived from the word "temper", in the sense of a type of character, e.g. to hold one's temper, or to temper someone. In this sense, "un-tempered" should be understood as a behaviour, or action, that is not held back, that does not restrict itself in any way. In short: unrestrained. The other meaning is somewhat accidental, but relevant nevertheless. It is an indirect reference to Bach's title (not the music!) The Well Tempered Clavier. In this context, "un-tempered" means simply out of tune.
