The Fiddler, for Violin, Viola and Double bass (Violoncello)

This piece was originally intended as part of a larger cycle based on a series of paintings by Marc Chagall. The fiddle of the title is the main protagonist in this little movement for string trio, the two other instruments provide a dance-like accompaniment.
